Asset-i Lite

For Asseti-Lite users we offer several low cost support options:

  • Support Forum - This is a free of charge service available to all customers. Here you can post requests for assistance which will be answered as soon as possible. You can search the forums to see if your particular problem has already been solved.

  • Support Ticket - A Support Ticket enables you to get direct and priority telephone support from one of our engineers for a single support issue. A support ticket can be purchased here.

  • Support Pack - A support pack is valid for up to 12 months from purchase and contains 6 support tickets. This is the best value for new users, particularly if you will be using a wider range of Asset-i features such as bar coding and wireless. A support pack can be purchased here.

For the full version of Asset-i we provide a comprehensive support program featuring:

  • Unlimited Telelphone Support
  • Free Upgrades
  • Priority Fixes
